The veg-gasmic salad of all salads!  It's sweet, no, it's salty, no, it's creamy, no, it's crunchy.....   I've been making this salad for years and offering it up to my classes, clients, family members, etc...  The myriad of flavors is really pretty good, but the truly awesome thing about this salad...

Did someone say scallops??Forget the fish and get all the awesome health benefits of these big 'shrooms instead. The broth infuses in, and the searing at the end adds the bit of crispiness that scallops are knows for. These are fantastic!  

Move over chicken noodle soup, this immune boosting, tasty and easy to digest (which gives your under-the-weather bod a chance to rest and heal, BTW) soup will get you up and at 'em before you even have an excuse to be out of work.  Sorry.
