We've taken the classic oil-free STLVegGirl traditional hummus and holidazed (a word, I'm sure of it) by adding one simple ingredient to each of the two batches. Fresh basil will green up one batch and blending in roasted red peppers will give you the red holiday hue everyone will for sure scoop up....

Just like the name of the recipe says, these bars are free of crap, but not free of taste.  They won't last forever like those shelf stable bars.  Why?  Because they are free of CRAP!  Listen honey, shelf stable foods shorten YOUR shelf life, so cut the crap.

This vegan version of this classic Greek snack will deliver all the flavor punch with none of the added fat or cholesterol. A little labor intensive, but well worth the effort. (Honey, you're worth it!)

Move over chicken noodle soup, this immune boosting, tasty and easy to digest (which gives your under-the-weather bod a chance to rest and heal, BTW) soup will get you up and at 'em before you even have an excuse to be out of work.  Sorry.

Nope, not a new concept, but clearly a popular one! By substituting in a dairy free (vegan) cream cheese and adding in extra greens, we've made this old party fav actually sort of (gasp!) healthy!

The sweetness of the natural sugars from the vegetables coupled with the freshness of the dill offers a complex yet lovely flavor. Add the creamy tahini sauce and you have instant comfort food.
